Yes! Bob, Heather, Tommy and Winston will be travelling the length of Route 66 as our special 2006 vacation. Originally scheduled for mid-summer, the trip has been rescheduled to September 16 through October 1, 2006. We'll try to post to the blog every day (more if possible) as a record of our trip. Bookmark this site and visit us as we travel along the Mother Road from Lake Michigan to the Pacific Ocean.

Have a GREAT TRIP! I am from Parsons, KS and have spent MANY HOURS/MILES on Route 66! When I wnt to my father's funeral, I made it a point ot travel as much of it as I could since he and I spent so much time on it!
